Quick summary

• 30-day return window from delivery for eligible items.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and returned with original tags and packaging.
• For size, style or change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping.
• If Toronty sent the wrong item, or the item arrives defective or damaged, Toronty covers the solution.
• A return authorization is required before sending anything back.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@toronty.com with your order number.
2. Include item name, return reason, and photos if damaged, defective or incorrect.
3. Wait for return instructions before shipping.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take 5-10 business days to post the refund.
